Recently I have gone through a frustrating null of film work. Whether it be things I wasn’t particularly interested in or projects plagued for many reasons this summer has been somewhat of an upset. After Downward premieres at the New Jersey International Film Festival to very positive reviews I began plotting my next move, I thought I had found just the project I needed but it was delayed for a month just two days before our original start date, then had fallen through within a week of production.
But of course I’m on to the next project. I’m going a little out of my element and doing a documentary but I promised I wouldn’t share too many details until closer to it’s completion. I’ve shot for Dennis Connors for his upcoming documentary, but it’s been three years since I directed my own documentary, and I will be shooting and editing this one as well as producing. It’s coming together well and I’m excited to see the final product.
It’s also a possibility that Downward will be available online for purchase in the near future. When I say purchase I mean somewhere in the range of $2-3 for an Amazon digital download. It’s a possibility, but I do promise that it will be available to the public online in one way or another very soon.
